I designed and launched a lightweight, portable outdoor play mat that creates a safe, bug-protected space for infants outdoors. The design features a retractable canopy hood and full zip-around mesh enclosure, along with a Velcro-attached, machine-washable foam insert for comfort and easy care. Balancing portability, protection, and practicality, this first-to-market product successfully moved from concept to production. It was also recognized with a 2024 Preferred Choice Award, marking a major milestone as my first product to reach the market and receive industry recognition.
